PLEASE NOTE:
* Use of the kitchen fridge, stove, dishwasher, silverware, and dishes requires a minimal 4-hour rental.
* All rentals must show proof of Liability Insurance ($2,000,000) PRIOR to the event, or they must obtain this coverage through our Diocese at an additional cost. The insurer is Marsh Canada Limited, and the premium is dependent on the number of people attending the event (see charts below).
Please note that there is a $1000 deductible, payable by the renter. Any premiums paid are not applied to the deductible if there is a claim made.

REQUIREMENTS WHEN RENTAL IS ALCOHOL-FREE:
* For events/rentals that do NOT include alcohol, the cleaning deposit is $100, refundable upon inspection at the end of the rental.

REQUIREMENTS WHEN RENTAL INVOLVES ALCOHOL:
* There is a $200 cleaning deposit collected for events including alcohol. This is refundable upon inspection at the end of the rental.
* Alcohol is only allowed with the permission of the Parish Council, and in compliance with Provincial regulations.
* NO home brew/wine or spirits are allowed.
* The renter must obtain the Liquor License and present it to the Wardens or their representative BEFORE the event.
* The renter is responsible for all aspects of purchasing, administering, and returning any alcohol to the N.S.L.C..
* The Liquor License and the Conditions License must be displayed during the event.
* An insurance premium must be paid when alcohol is part of an event. The premium is dependent on the number of people attending the event. The premium to be paid when alcohol is involved is:
